This website is dedicated to three things:
- Documenting the sustainability efforts happening on the CCNY campus.
- Teaching the campus body here at CCNY about simple actions that help our overall sustainability.
- Advocating for a more sustainable campus by supporting current actions while trying new ones.
There are 5 main tabs that are pinned underneath our cover photo dealing with CCNY’s sustainability status:
- Home — the Homepage will have future events concerning sustainability on CCNY’s campus.
- Where’s CCNY at? — this page communicates the current sustainability status including past efforts. Subtabs here will detail CCNY’s specific efforts in one area of sustainability.
- Sustainability Efforts — in contrast, this page will record any current efforts.
- Student-Run Initiatives — this page will list all sustainability initiatives being run by CCNY students. The subtab lists some ways each person can contribute to sustainability efforts.
- Further Research — this page has any current research, as well as a recent paper published by CCNY master’s alumni, pertaining to sustainability on campus. The subtab here will have links to social media for bite-sized sustainability updates.
